虞夏清，男，博士，副研究员。研究方向为甜瓜属作物多倍体化相关研究。以甜瓜属人工异源四倍体为材料，对其表型、基因组开展针对性研究，深入挖掘异源多倍体化引起基因组和表型的变化机制。与丹麦奥胡斯大学建立紧密的合作关系。主持国际自然科学基金（青年基金）、江苏省自然科学基金（青年项目）和中国博士后科学基金面上项目等多个项目，在Advanced Science等重要期刊累计发表论文30多篇。
